The new academic session begins in March every year.
Child taking admission in July need to pay 1st quarter fee also.
We the parents and student understand that the school management has the right to make changes in its rules and regulations for the betterment of the institution.
All parents and students must abide by the rules of the school.
In due course the school is likely to convert the facility into a complete boarding school. No day scholars will be admitted in thereafter. We may continue/discontinue day boarders without any compensation.
10% School fee will be increased every year.
90% attendance is compulsory for appearing in final examination.
No request for any change in examination schedule or for any retest will be entertained.

WITHDRAWL POLICY

The registration fee and the admission fee is non-refundable and non-adjustable under any circumstances. However, the security deposit becomes due for refund to a parent when a child finally leaves the school or is withdrawn from the school after the specified notice given in this respect and clearance of all dues.
If a parent wish to withdraw their ward at any time, they must fill the Transfer Certificate form with an application, in writing giving clear three months’ notice before the quarter begins failing which 3- month’s fee will be forfeited.
Even if the parents do not wish their ward to continue in the next academic session they must fill the transfer certificate form by 1st of January failing which three months’ fee will be payable.
However, if the notice is given in the month of July the full year fee stands payable.
The Transfer Certificate will be issued to a student only after the parents have paid all sums due to school.
ICSE students who wish to withdraw after writing ICSE board examinations are charged school fee until March, provided the letter of withdrawal be received by the 1 January. Else, three months fee will be charged after the date of receipt of withdrawal application.
