Disciplinary actions

Students found guilty of any serious breach of discipline may be expelled from the school. In such cases, the school will not be held liable, and any fees paid will not be refunded.

Litigation policy

If during the academic year, the school becomes involved in any legal action initiated by the student or their parent/guardian, the school reserves the right to cancel the admission of the concerned student without prior notice. This is done to ensure the maintenance of discipline and to protect the school's positive environment.

Accident policy

While Yashmay World School takes every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of all students, the school does not take responsibility for any accidents that may occur.
